Shipping policy

At Shifaya, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across Oman.

• Shipping Coverage: All Oman cities.
  
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery time estimates: Inside Muscat: 2 working days and outside Muscat: 3-4 Working days.
• Shipping rates: 2 OMR.
• Addition: The delivery person will do 2 attempts of call and delivery, if there is no response from the receiver, there will be a third trial within 10 days
• Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
